Types of dispute FAQs

Disputes generally revolve around a similar set of issues. It is usually a conflict over a decision (either in the result of the decision, or how the decision came about), such as a dismissal at work or a divorce, or a failure to offer someone fair or expected service resulting in a loss, such as a broken contract or professional negligence.

The circumstances will be different though, and this can lead to slightly different cases.

For example, you might have suffered poor service resulting in a loss of goods or investment in different situations, and the companies involved may well be governed differently.

Or, jou might have a dispute over a contract, but depending on its complexity due to your working situation you might need a differently experienced solicitor.
