About our firm

We are a niche law firm specialising in defending motorists facing prosecution for any driving offence in the Magistrate's or Crown Courts in England and Wales. We are a small team who make it our business concentrate on each client and their individual needs and expectations.

At Motoring Offence Lawyers a client is never a “number” - each client and their case is unique and is managed according to their personal situation. You will not be charged for an initial consultation and review of any papers or documentation you provide to us. We prefer to review your documentation than listen to you reading it to us as it is our responsibility to understand the prosecution you face and explain the manner in which your case can be progressed.

When you speak to us you will usually have choices in relation to your options and the way your case can be heard by the Court. You will have these choices explained to you when you first speak to us. You will also be quoted our fees and we will explain your payment options.

Your driving licence is important. You may be unable to fulfil your daily responsibilities without it – our team will do everything we can to provide the support and expertise to enable you to keep it.

You can phone us at anytime, seven days a week, whether you are making an initial enquiry or are a present or returning client. We will be able to help you.

Call us now on 0800 1577 644 for a free initial consultation.
