A major part of commercial law encompasses how businesses operate on a day-to-day basis, and every business has a responsibility to the environment. The broad remit of commercial law encompasses this.

It is different for all business - naturally larger business will have a greater impact on the environment with the waste they produce and the human impact of having more employees, for example. The location of the company will also be important.
