Employment disputes

 

Employment disputes are not uncommon. Unfortunately, they can be a difficult type of dispute because they involve the deterioration of a relationship that may or may not be ongoing. Often, it is preferable to resolve a dispute amicably, such as through using internal grievance procedures and mediation, in order to preserve the relationship.
